MANUFACTURING AT SCALE

Production Capacity Built for Reliable Supply

Winbond currently operates three production bases in Zhaoqing, Huizhou, and Puyang, with a combined factory area of approximately 102,000 square meters and an annual production capacity of around 180,000 tons.

Our manufacturing network supports stable quality, dependable lead times, flexible order quantities, and customized product development for customers across different industries and markets.

A new 58,000-square-meter production facility is currently under construction in Wuhan and is scheduled to begin production by the end of 2026. The new facility will further expand our production capacity and ability to support customized epoxy solutions.

RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT

Formulation Expertise for Real-World Applications

Winbond maintains a dedicated research and development team of 18 engineers and works with university research teams on product, formulation, and application development.

Supported by an R&D center of more than 1,500 square meters and 20 laboratories, our technical team can adjust curing speed, viscosity, working time, low-temperature performance, chemical resistance, and other key properties to meet specific processing and application requirements.
